Production process
Two raw-material routes. One documented finished-bar target.
Saponification and upstream drying are configured only when the project starts from oils and fats. A soap-noodle line begins at formulation and finishing.

Raw material preparation
Define oils and fats, or confirm the grade and specification of purchased soap noodles.

Saponification or noodle dosing
Configure the upstream soap-base process when required, or dose noodles, fragrance, colour and additives for a finishing line.

Mixing and refining
Homogenise the soap mass and select refining stages according to formula and surface requirement.

Vacuum plodding
Compact and extrude a continuous billet using a configured plodder, die and cooling arrangement.

Cutting and stamping
Control bar weight, length, shape and logo with matched cutting, transfer and mould tooling.

Finishing and packaging
Trim or plane when needed, inspect the bar, then wrap or pack it for the intended channel.

QWhat is included in a complete soap production line?
The exact scope depends on the raw-material route. A soap-noodle finishing line can include mixing, milling, vacuum plodding, cutting, stamping and packaging. Starting from oils and fats adds an upstream soap-base process defined from the formula and capacity.
QHow is the soap production line price calculated?
Price is calculated after product, output, utilities, automation, tooling, inspection, packing, shipping and service boundaries are confirmed. Public standalone-machine prices are useful references but are not a complete-line quotation.
QCan the line make both toilet soap and laundry soap?
Some equipment can be shared, but formulation, refining, billet condition, bar format and packaging may require different settings or tooling. Both products should be declared during configuration review.
QWhat information is needed for a first proposal?
Provide raw material route, formula or noodle grade, finished bar photos and dimensions, target output, voltage and phase, factory space and destination. Approximate information is enough for the first technical questions.
